Its a decent product gets the job done but not a substitute for a dedicated fermenter fridge

I keep the fermenter inside a cupboard and without the insulation bag the fermometer read 78 degrees

When i return home in the evening the temperature is closer to 66 and the ice in the bottles is 60 melted

Cold crashing in this bag is very difficult i had to place almost 16 liters of frozen water bottles to get the fermometer to drop to its lowest reading 44 degrees

One thing to be careful of is the bag retains heat as well as cold so if your initial ferm temps are high it might take more ice initially or this thing might keep your wort hotter than it would be in ambient temps
