Pros

Clear glass allows you to view the veggies while you ferment. Great for fermenting for a large family. Makes me question why i ever used carboys in the past. My old carboy works ok, but this is excellent for cleaning.

Great product, excellent shipping speed. The air locka fit perfectly and the rubber grommets fit tightly aeouns the base od the locks.

    If you are fermenting veggies as i do dont even bother using anything other than an airlock setup like this

    So if you make a batch of pickles fermented cucumbers and want to just keep them in the container to put directly in the fridge you will need to get a separate lid to keep the thing contained

    I ran to the hardware store and just put a cork in the airlock hole but this is not ideal

    Just plan ahead and buy a regular lid without a hole for them if you want to seal the containers for storage after the ferment is done
