Was a bit stiff at first, but has eased now. It's really well-made and pulls in and out easily. Great if you have door slammers in your house.
It's very sturdy, so very important to make sure it is fastened well to the cupboard you install it into. The bins are deep and roomy. Fit mine in top of a shelf in a 400mm base unit.
Easy installation ideal for 600mm cupboard. Was a bit fiddly to install but am happy with the final result.

The bins at the back are not very easy to get in and out and the lid has buckled since fitting so now dosnt sit in it’s fitting
I even chipped my nail trying to open it because of the soft close mechanism.

I have just had a new kitchen fitted and the kitchen company quoted me £320 for the same bin.
I can't believe the price and quality of this bin.
Shipping
There was a glitch with the order and the courier failed to deliver it.
This came late and didn’t show as dispatched for ages so nearly cancelled the order however i’m pleased i didn’t.
The only reason i didn’t give it five stars was the delay in delivery and that i can find any bin bags that fit the large bin properly.
Packaging/appearance
Exactly as seen seen on the photo.
Competitiveness
I took one star off because i do think it is a bit expensive for what it is however there was no cheaper alternative.

When i placed the order originally i was unfortunate to suffer at the hands of yodel who repeatedly claimed they had attempted to deliver my goods when in fact they had not been near our house

Saw a 20 litre recommended size but these are too small for the main largest bin

Good for keeping your bin away and tidy however for the first 3 months it has been very rigid to pull out and has only just started to loosen up
