Received my heater within a couple of days.
As soon as delivery date exceeded contacted mhstar who got onto it immediately and kept me updated every step of the way.
Delivered by hermes (groan) eventually after they left it at the wrong house initially.

It comes with 3 heat settings and a temperature control however there are no numbers on the temperature knob so its a bit if a guessing game as to how warm it will make the room

It takes longer than a convector heater to heat room but the room stays warmer for longer after its switched off

Then got email giving me half hour notice of when it would be delivered very annoying but on the positive very pleased with heater
