It is a little flimsy i bought for my miniature dachshund as he keeps going to get on my knee while driving dont think it is a good seat for a nervous dog it doesnt keep him in he can put his two paws up and lean forward

Depending on how your dog is in the car it isnt very sturdy for a well behaved pup would be perfect
