Pros & Cons
Pros
Used this as a child to make root beer malts. Tastes just like a&w, mug, or barg's to me, so i'm happy. Received countless compliments about the flavor. My only knock(s) on the product is that it stains just about everything it touches.
Liter yeast/sugar servings is super easy once we found the recipe on line. Use 4 pounds of turbinado sugar for a 3 gallon batch. Monk fruit sweetener.
Cons
Missing some of the caramel notes that you come to expect. There was little extract in the bottles.
