I was a little skeptical about the size but ended up getting a medium an i know that once i am smaller ill still be able to use it and even after i have a child its still big enough for a little extra weight
This is perfect although aittle bulky it sure does male you feel like you are all snug and it does adjust to conform to you after losing a couple pounds
This is a must have after birth it really helped my back it is a little bulky but its amazing i love the 3 pieces to custom how you want to wear it after baby
I love that there is 3 sections and they give you details instructions on when after preganancy you can wear them and the placement given in the details of this amazon listing they are not sent with the item i should note
