The fabric is thick, but still breathable for summer weather. It's not the softest fabric, and it's not stretchy, but the durable fabric and width make up for that. Love the fabric of the grey textured carrier.

My newborn seems very uncomfortable so i have to find another sling with a more breathable fabric. My baby now weighs about 20 lbs and i find this wrap uncomfortable for me to wear.
