Light to lift but sturdy to use. Lcd screen works well. Not used all the programmes yet.

I have had total knee replacents left and right, i have osteoarthritis. It's not as good as cycling outdoors, though it's better than doing nothing. Brought for elderly clients to enhance mobility and exercising when unable to physically mobilise.

The unit is so light it doesn’t stay still while pedalling (on any surface) it moves around too much making peddling difficult and almost impossible. The resistance is a nylon strap that drags around a wheel inside.

Do not buy, this item it is useless and the advert is a lie. Not sturdy enough and waste of money. Might be okay for arms but useless for legs.
