The collar is amazing it goes up almost to my cheek bones and is stiff. It is warm but not bulky. Very warm hoodie can be rolled up and tucked in very professional look.

The stripes are very reflective. I like the black-on-black reflector option since i don't work on an osha sight.

Cons

You only have 14 days to send it back and they deduct approx $8 from the purchase price if you do. I work for sanitation and my partner says he can't see me at all.
