The reason that i give this a 4 instead of a 5 is because when i first fully loaded this pack and picked it up the right strap ripped where it connects to the bag

I am well endowed in the chest area so when i would lean forward the strap would just pop off and if i had it positioned where it wouldnt pop it was digging into my arm pits

Second time i took it out the the sternum strap kept disconnecting from the shoulder straps

This is probably due to the fact that the sternum strap isnt sewn to the shoulder strap
