Pros
The garbage can portion is full sealed and leak proof. It's so handy to be able to reach over and grab a tissue or dispose of it.
The quality is very sturdy. Worth every penny.

The tissue section is big enough to hold a large sized box of tissues. Large kleenex boxes fit no problem in the bottom half. Would have liked the side mesh pockets to expand further, to hold larger containers of wipes and, larger travel mugs.
Cons
The photos are extremely deceptive. The garbage pocket is very shallow, due to the tissue box compartment competing for space. Now its in my truck useless.

It doesnt work well at all as a cooler bag for drinks but it can store drinks and its a really handy place to store tissues

The only issue is the garbage bag portion won’t stay open and it’s a bit distracting while driving to try opening it and throwing trash in it with one hand
