Pros
Would highly recommend this product. Works as stated. Looks like it was made in 1984, so it is probably bullet proof.
The alarm is very loud and will definitely get your attention. The float switch is old school, but trusty.
Low voltage makes it much simpler to install than line voltage devices. Wishes it was a 110v power source and not a 9 volt transformer as the transformer is warm to the touch. Nice that it has a battery backup in case of a power failure.
