Pros

It has great lighting and color but is grainier and has more fisheye curvature than other similar products. My only gripe with the camera is the pictures in the ad make the lens appear to be unnoticeable. Was packaged well.

The motion detector catches everything. The customer service is great. Prompt, courteous service.

The app is super simple to upload to get everything started. The app has a ton of settings as well.

Cons

The camera has the brains of a dementia patient unfortunately. I orderd this camera and it is non functional. As a second gripe, the window hiding the camera is clear, not opaque.

It's a matter of time before this camera is a paperweight because there's no 3rd party access via ip/rstp/dvr/mjpeg. This camera only works with the app, which is a huge letdown. Even worse and useless is customer support.
