Pros

It's really easy to use since it’s not getter to a base. It heats up quickly to use. I like that leading technology hahahahaha.

The size is perfect and not heavy. Very good costumer service. The battery is chargeable. I plan to travel with my friends this holiday and this steamer will be a good helper.

The steam spray gun has a capacity of 27 ounces of water tank. The heat builds up fast, probably took seconds to start steaming. There is a small container that is detachable to the handle, that holds the water.

This works great. The effect is completely unexpected. It is helpful and i love it! This steamer is really impressive.

Cons

Two units that are a total piece of chinese made beetle dung. Not worth the hassle to return and just threw it out. Both of these units emit so much water instead of steam that it may damage certain fabrics.
