The cabinets & cabinet-like furniture are all very boxy and square. Mapping out the dimensions of the rooms did take some time. It's like having your own personal interior decorator/designer at your fingertips.

Does not offer gable, when using for several different spaces. Tried to delete floor and location button is grayed out and does not work.

Customer service is unspeakably awful. Unless you are very experienced in manipulating it, it gets very frustrating. I am baffled and frustrated beyond words.

Hgtv has no customer service. The refund request form is a nonwritable pdf document. The `user community' as it turns out just puts you on a newsletter.
