Product is gluten and dairy as well as corn free. Made oatmeal cookies with it. It's in my bowl every day with whey protein and oat bran.
Good pricing. Better price than at area retailers, including wal-mart.

New formula is just 'dutched cocoa' - not the special dark that we've known for decades.
