Cleaning and caring for this cookware is just as important as cooking. Clean up is simple, but sometimes need to use something like barkeepers' friend with the non abrasive cloth. I wish they would make a large roasting pan.

We gave it a fair try for a week or so but had to return because a food would stick even when we low heat it and prep the panpot correctly we are talking about noodles sticking to pan and not the basic omg my eggs are sticking b the food has an odd taste each and everytime
