Pros

Heavy welded steel construction with good solid padding. What i deduced is that because of the extra load that i carry, it just feels that way. This is a 10/10 product that can withstand a beating.

Very happy with the size and sturdiness of this chair. Swivel function is smooth as silk as well as the tilting function. It tilts as you want and way back.

Cons

The locking gas cylinder makes it impossible to disassemble and rebox the chair for return. Perhaps it is because of the shoddy quality control issues? Would not recommend this chair to anyone.

The chair looks like it belonged to lemony snickets. The armrests are terrible position and digs into your thighs. The typical bracket secured to the underside of the seat cushion is compressed.
