Pros
With a brick styled wallpaper, the whole display looks spectacular. Easy to install.
They have a sleeve that gets squished behind the drywall, giving a very solid mount. I suggest same diameter screw #8 2 inch to 2 1/2 inch robertson counter sunk wood screws. Don't forget to predrilled stud.
Guitar is locked-in with rotating arms. Holds well, prtoects and locks the neck. It grips the eyes of the skull and it mounta with no issue. After looking at the mechanics of it, feel very safe with it.
Cons
Defective wall hanger. Beware of installing these without * them into solid wood. Be aware, the installation instructions and videos available are misleading and will result in property damage.

If youre not doing either of those two options and going directly into the drywall make sure you use a drywall anchor

Ive only had them a few weeks so i cant speak to durability but i attached them directly to the studs and they arent going anywhere
