Pros & Cons
Pros
Herbatint covers grey-white better than other brands i've used, even those with ammonia. I highly recommend this to the ladies whose hair wants to go brassy and really tired of the faded aging dyed look. I definitely encourage to go 1 to 2 shades ligh... Read More
It truly is a wonderful product. One of my favorite products. Fast and easy.
This product works great! It is also economical. The only problem is the packaging. It can be tricky to find products that work on our faceted hair.
Cons
Contains ppd and ethanolamine which is worse fo ryou then ammonia. This product was sold a hypoallergenic alternative to dyes with ppd. A lot of “herbal” shampoos, lotions ect.
The last picture shows the same mistaken product that herbatint sold me previous to the last order. Please read carefully all info, many things are not returnable.
It hurts to watch it. It is not. Really stinks. The inside bottles are filthy.
Highlights
Quality
The color is great and long lasting
A month in and the red has held on well even on the gray and growout is natural looking
They either dont work well not so natural require you to wash your hair before and after application and some even made my hair fall out
The gray was overwhelming my red and combing the color through using it lightly made the gray disappear and even out my color
Price
Definitely worth the try for a fraction of salon time and costs
Process was easy the results were amazing and it was great price
I had been spending over 115 for hair color every 6 weeks
This just cost me less than 20 and i also bought the color kit which was around 8
Competitiveness
I loved that this is permanent yet hennabased and much less toxic than box dyes from the drugstore
While it may not be organic it seems better than most drug store box dyes
I used herbatint permanent haircolor gel 8n light blonde with just a bit of herbatint permanent haircolor gel 10dr light copper... Read More
