Over time simply by repeated exposure to the herbs and symptoms lists it all begins to stick in your mind and you become more adept without really noticing

The only portions i was a little disappointed with were the section pertaining to formulas i think there should have been one for each ailment in the book and this section shouldve followed the ailment sections and not the herb section

As a practicing herbalist i do not want to give the impression that i am a beginner by having this book around but darn it its a damn good book
