Thats not ideal as the lifespan and speed of sd cards is typically dramatically lower than the lifespan and speed of typical flash memory chips

As this has become the expected industry standard i have three of these drives sandisk samsung and this one all are glorified sd card readers i have little to complain about im just stating it for those unaware

What struck me as odd is that this drive came formatted as fat32 rather than the standard exfat used in most drives and sd cards over 32gb
