This is the best supplement i've ever used. I think my one gripe about it is that it has cyanocobalamin vs.
This supplement is a whole blood supplement. It does have the typical side effect of constipation but adding more fiber to my diet helps. I'm severely anemic and this was just something that caught my eye.
Would recommend it to anyone needing a bit of a pick up. For us, it's overwhelming proof this product works! I just wish it was a subscribe and save item!
Two months later, i have most of my energy backand experimenting by cutting back to 1 tablet a day. I have a compromised digestive system that doesn't work well with tablets or caplets so these work great.
Cons
You have to take 3 i think per day instead of just 1 tablet.

I do have constipation issues but i guess i prefer constipation that is easier to get rid of them low iron

Pills are a bit large so they might be difficult for some people to swallow
