I have never purchased ketone test strips before however they all have the same basic principle pee on it or pee in a cup and dunk the strip in there and it will show you what information you need to know
For me i am always dieting
I am hoping the strips are accurate while i follow this new plan along with other supplements i am taking but it all seems to be working and i know if i am in ketosis or not thank you to these strips
