This works well as a rough guide on how youre doing on ketosis but the gradient of measurement is quite wide to the point where you really only look at twothree different shades and stay between those

Works as intended i did have to google which colour i was looking for was clear if i wanted pale or purple

The strips are slightly longer than the ones that i use to purchase at the local drug store but the test portion of the strip has a different type of sensor material

As others have said the sensor part that you pee on sometimes does not give a consistent colour across its whole surface
