Pros
This kit shows ways for me what to eat not just calorie intake. Food groups are colour coded in the instructions with an associated colour coded container.
The containers are pretty sturdy. Clearly labelled and easy to use.
Cons
The colours are pretty, the sizes are great but the quality is poor. Only received the coloured containers nothing else. It’s a huge disappointment that the e-books aren't included.

Not quite 5 starts because i was under the impression it came with a more detailed book not a just a small pamphlet

Cute little containers with a great guide however dont expect them to be water tight or stay closed properly
