Other than that i am satisfied with this product and continue to use it
The problem with the leg support release was that i was in so much pain
I told them this is not a warranty problem it a quality control problem
However it was not easy to put together so if you are physically challenged you should have help in assembling this product

One of the parts had holes drilled in the wrong place an ankle brace tube secures the padded rear portion of the ankle brace
