Pros
All natural turmeric from this company right here is a good quality supplement. I like that this comes in a capsule as the fresh tumeric plant is hard to find at my local grocer.
Cons
Nothing looks professional enough for me to feel right about ingesting it. It smells exactly like turmeric spice from a grocery store, not like supplements with high curcumin content. Going back asap.

If you are in a bind and need some curcumin then this could work

Compared to my normal curcumin it contains a very low amount of curcuminoids and doesnt have anything to help with absorption like turmerones or bioperine
