Pros
Headrest uses a clamp with a m6 cap screw to increase clamping force. The tilt, height, and depth adjustments make it easy to find a comfortable placement. Adjustable positions (tilt up/down, forward/backward) and adjustable tension provide great neck... Read More
Headrest is very sturdy even with the *-rigged mount. My aeron chair (purchased new in 2022) is the remastered model which this headrest is intended for. It is so comfortable for my long hours at a keyboard that time flies.

I havent tried the clips yet as they seem to have a very tight locking mechanism but the headrest stays put well whether or not in use
