The hat is an integral part of my migraine tool kit. Made of a soft fleece and is very comfortable. When a migraine attack occurs, i need to move quickly. Of course with the ice pacs it's a bit heavy but that’s expected.

I want that initial frostbite cold for my migraine. This has been most helpful in making them a bit more bearable. If cold relieves your headache, i recommend this product.

I put mine in the freezer at 2 degrees farenheit for several hours and they were still pliable and conformed to my head. They feel nice and cold straight out of the fridge.

The quality and workmanship are very good and worth the purchase. It's great quality i don't think it will disappoint.

Once you place in freezer they are hard as. If they were made of the soft pliable gel would fit better. They also freeze hard, not pliable, so if you are trying to mold them to the pain spots, i suspect you can crack the plastic.
