Pros

Shampoo cools down hair and hydrates scalp. Also paraben free.

No more itchy and scaly scalp. Stopped the itching almost completely.

Cons

What a ripoff. That should not be allowed to happen with a product as innocuous as shampoo. Don't be fooled.

The item listing come with 2 pack, end up received only 1. But basically got 1 for the price of 2.

Amazon doesn't seem to have any way of resolving the problem. It's like someone pepper sprayed you. Whatever ingredient is the cause of this, it should be modified in the manufacturer's lab.
