I’m not sure how much smaller the small would be but i’d rather have it just slightly loose than too tight

For those sleeveless dresses the perfect arm cover

It fits comfortably through the arms is perhaps a little loose through the body but doesn’t look sloppy

While not a super heavy fabric it is so soft and was sufficient to keep my arms warm
