Pros
It's discreet and easy to plug in. I have an ten year old car which does not have any aux or bluetooth connections. It has many ways to input music such as aux cable,sd or memory card and even bluetooth.
Cons
After a month of use mine currently lies in a pile of bits in my car. Annoying feature which repeats 'the bluetooth device is connected' until you play music. Overall a total bag of *.

The wireless nature of this product is an obvious plus as although you will likely want to charge your phone whilst using this its one less lead to have trailing your dashboard

You set it to a free frequency on your car stero and pair it you your mobile device via bluetooth

If you use sat nav on your phone the directions can also be heard through the car speaks
