My sister is about 5'5 - 5'4 and it fits her perfectly. Casters or wheels or whatever work just fine on hardwood, no issues there. The seat height is adjustable and the back rest leans back.

It would be immaculate with an adjustable headrest. Good that it has an adjustable lumbar support option. The reclining office chair fits me so well.

The chair is very flimsy. It's neither sturdy nor goes out far enough to be used. The idea of disassembling this chair to return it makes me regret my purchase.

The chair itself is quite uncomfortable. The seat cushion is hard, after only a few days i ordered a memory foam seat cushion to add. The upholstery used on the cushion is incredibly hard to keep clean.

When the recline is locked, the entire back of it still leans back. The chair also creaks and groans more than i think it should for the price. The footrest is wobbly and doesn't work.

My problem is the footrest housing cracked at two (2) corners. The headrest feels wrong and annoying at every setting. Arm rests never stay tightened to the point i have to keep a screwdriver taped to the bottom of the chair.

The seat does not recline - only the back does. My feet hang off of the foot rest when reclined or even when i sit up. The leg rest extends out but does not go down to support your leg while sitting in an upright position.
