Pros
Customer service like this is very rare these days, and is truly appreciated. Hydraulics seem to work fine. Mine arrives in two days and i can't wait.
The chair is adjustable and ergonomically designed. It's comfortable when you lean back all the way, and i like the little pillow for the neck.
Cons
The design and the curves are more like for shorter people maybe below 6ft. It’s not sturdy at all - like sitting on an uneven bar stool. Very uncomfortable for sitting longer than 15 minutes. Foot rest is questionable.

Bought and by the next day the arms were broken off of the chair

About 6 months into having the chair i heard a louder pop and the left side of the chair sunk a couple of inches
