After two months of use ive noticed the device spends 98 of the time in the deeper end of the poll and doesnt clean the shallow end very good

Ive also watched it go over loose particles a bit heavier and larger than sand and not even pick them up

The support tech said the foam rollers are made for slick surface pools such as fiberglass and should resolve the problems with the device staying in the deep end most of the time
