I had looked at the haws metal watering can the red peter rabbit style because it was weather proof and had a great warranty but just couldnt get past the price tag too bad that is really the style im drawn too

The brass rose sends the water up so that it falls like gentle rain on the seedlings or plants

I had my other slightly smaller one for probably 10 years until it finally cracked across the handle then down the side

One of the best things about this watering can is that with the brass rose facing down i can water under my tomato plants thereby not encouraging viruses caused by watering the leaves
