Music quality and volume is awesome as well
Gets decently loud sound quality isnt spectacular but its not bad either
But when it does work which to be fair is most of the time the voice quality is good phonegrade sound and the volume is excellent
Price
Im sure not as good as those with a antenna sticking out the back but the price is a whole lot more

I cant speak for the intercom feature since i havent used it but the phone call feature worked great

For a full face component helmet the microphone has to be placed just right or will wear from the chin guard going up and down
