Pros

The cooling pad is very well designed and works great. No worries about overheating. It's an inobtrusive addition to my laptop and allows me to actually use it on my lap.

One of my best amazon purchases. Fits my 15. Laptop just fine. It is a little awkward to carry around, but a new laptop would take 3-6 months to be delivered and i need a laptop for work.

Cons

I see other reviewers mentioning the same concerns about quality of the included usb. Problem is it is impossible to get someone at the company to respond.

Fan system does absolutely nothing to relieve that heat. Sound more distracting and louder than vice versa (quieter motor with louder fans) fans are incredibly slow as in slooooooow.

Will be purchasing a more quality cooling pad. It has a poor quality chip board. The product is a piece of junk and the company has terrible customer service.
