The only thing that has let the service down was the delivery i asked for a morning delivery and having taken the morning off work expecting to go in for the afternoon it was only delivered in the afternoon at 2

Furniture lovely but be aware when taking delivery they basically dump the pallet on the kerbside street and as a single woman i then had to wait hours standing on the street until my brother was able to come and help me carry the furniture into my garden which was on the ground floor and basically only up a path but the very unhelpful delivery driver refused to help

Would have been 5 but came with one chair bent which i straightened they did offer to send replacement but i’d payed extra for weekend delivery of item but wanted to send and collect mid week and i’m not about

Also forgot to send rain cover so they sent separate within 3 days

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the delivery driver was very rude
