Pros

Good in meatloaf, spaghetti, chili, etc. Works as a substitute for canned tomato paste in pasta dishes. Great to add to any tomato paste product for extra punch.

Place in a zip lock. Means less dirty appliances to wash up. Because i was pleasently suprised.

Very happy to have gambled and tried tomato powder. Pungent and tomatoee.

Great taste after rehydration. The flavor is delicious, rich, and very flavorful. The apple cider is key, it now tastes delicious.

Cons

It appears there were a good number of other reviews with similiar issues, likely * batch. This item can't be returned. It's practically flavorless. The ingredients on the picture shows just dehydrated tomatoes.
