Note use a washer just to pull the fastener bolt with the farmunion tool the bolt heads are small not the normal fastener sizes
I installed a bunch of these and no problem with the welds breaking when installed this way
Just guessing maybe pounding the fastener in with the screw installed caused this

All they sell is the plastic inserts that dont work
