Pros

This reasonably priced otoscope is fantastic! Molly says “thank you! Been watching otoscope's for years now.

Just one caveat. But this one is brighter and therefor easier to see details.

Cons

The eye piece to look through makes it so you cant see anything clearly. The optical clarity and magnification is very poor. Blue hue of the led light makes distinguishing between a non-infected amber effusion versus active infection near impossible.

The light flickers on and off the whole time it’s ok. Tried new batteries but nothing. But if the maker knows this is a issue enough, why can’t they check the units before they are sent to customers.

Do not buy from dr. Mostly plastic. Secondly, the clam case is cheap and flimsy. This is poorly made.

The disposable specula that seem to have a universal fir on all scopes intended for doctors do not fit on this stethoscope

The newer scopes intended for doctors have additional settings and a screen that i find totally useless

This is great especially for that price

This will save you a few hundred dollars on baby doc visits or even for the whiny man flu husband
