The toe openings arent too tight they dont restrict movement or blood circulation at all and i dont find any aspect annoying

However if the ball of your foot is much wider than 4” theres a greater risk that even the large might be uncomfortably small underfoot like how the small was for me

I just wish they were adjustable the pad on the bottom kept moving through out the day and i had to stop and reposition it by pulling it on tight again

On the one hand i wish the pad was a little bit thicker but on the other hand i dont want them interfering with shoes and they dont

Quite thin if you ever had a gel insole in your shoe this item is 13 the thickness
