You have to go down to the bottom and there is a small non bungee section that you can grab to correct your dog

No matter how hard i tried i could not keep the waist strap tight enough that it would not slide around my waist

This would be a great product if i was wearing jeans or something that i could feed it through loops to keep in place

The product description said that it has reflective capabilities but during the night i did not notice this when cars were going by
