This fan is so awesome. Is exactly as advertised. These are so stinking nice!
The fans has 3 speed, quiet, cool and also lights up. We like how it has 3 fan modes. It has a switch to have changing colors and another switch for three speeds.
Fan cools down the back of your neck on really hot days. Makes walking outside bearable by blowing cool air on your face. Helps decrease perspiration in the kitchen.

The arms on the neck piece are moveable and can be put in any direction you want

The package came with two pipettes to add perfume and it said the perfume was included but i didnt see any in the package
