Just made 100miles with this product no cramps or lacticacid at all i use 3 caps every 30 miles great product no upset stomach works great i started out using the regular endurolytes and theyve served me well
other than my face feeling a bit salty awesome these are great loved got me through a hot hot ironman florida highly recommend in warm or hot weather racing this stuff works pretty good a im a runner and these are great especially if you run distance and dont want to carry bottle belts with you especially during a marathon
Ok stops cramps maybe i could use salt tablets but these work great
