Pros

The low temperatures are also good for keeping some foods warm and crispy like bacon. We do meal-prepping and this has allowed us to make huge batches of pumpkin/oatmeal pancakes very quickly. It heats up very nicely in order for us to have breakfast ... Read More

It cooks food well with minimal oil. The unit is reversible, so if you need the plug on the left or the right, you can just flip and plug. Temp control is easy for high or low requirements.

Ceramic surface is nice and does not stick on most items, except hair curlers. No teflon smells or fumes. No smoke. No fume. No teflon smell.

The ceramic top is perfectly nonstick, so i don't need to add butter or any of those greasy sprays. The non stick is awesome!

Cons

Sticking and uneven heating. It seriously hums while heating up. The non-stick surface is beautiful and doesn't stick.

Could not in good conscience donate it. Either this product is just awful, or amazon doesn't inspect their stuff well enough.
