Pros

Only complaint is the labeling material. My only complaint is with the instructions.

While this may not have digital controls/ temperature readout, it does a great job. Works great, heats up well, large capacity and accurate thermostat. Only problem it has is that the green light that tells you the grease is ready stop working.

Filtering is easy, pour thru cheesecloth into a stockpot using the large basket. Saved original oil plastic jug for disposal after 6-8 uses of oil.

Basket model heats up quickly with 1800 watt power. One adjustment is that the baskets have hinges that give way too easily, great for storage but not when shaking oil off a basket of fries.

Cons

This fryer quit after a couple of months. Plugged it in - no power light. Was able to push the reset button but still no power. Even tried resetting pet instructions. I do not believe they upgraded the heating element from a single basket fryer.

Do not buy from this seller. They have something faulty on the inside of the unit that is making them go bad. Save your money. List $80 bucks.
